TRAINING CAMP TRAIL RUN
CONCEPT
Moment of immersion in the trail run world, where participants are led to explore aspects of training, with the opportunity to train and exchange experiences with each other.

UTMB 2020 (The Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc is an ultra mountain marathon. It takes place once a year in the Alps, crossing France, Italy and Switzerland. With a distance of about 166 km and a positive slope of 9,400 meters, it is considered the most prestigious trail race in Europe.)

GENERAL REGULATIONS
Art. 1 The test will be held (date to be defined) , regardless of the weather situation on that day.
Art. 2 By participating in this race, the athlete assumes responsibility for their data provided, fully accepts the regulation, assumes the costs of transport, accommodation (accommodation), food and any other necessary or arising from their participation, before, during and after of the event called TRAIL RUN AND HIKING UNOESC WEEK
Art. 3 The courses and the start: The race will have an approximate course of 6,500 meters for all categories in both sexes. The start will be held at 8:00 am at the Unoesc Sports Complex and the finish will be at the same starting point (Check the race map available on the website). Participants will be considered knowledgeable and must follow the route stipulated by the event organizers, under their full responsibility for non-compliance.
Art. 4 Entries: Entries must be made until April 24 at the cost of R$ 40.00 and must be made on the website: https://www.personalfitnessjoacaba.com/trail-hiking-unoesc-week
Sole paragraph: No entries will be made on the day of the race.
Art. 5 Each participant can register in only one category.
Sole paragraph: Participants who have not completed 18 (eighteen) by the day of the race must present a written authorization from their parents or guardian with signature (model available on the website) in order to participate in the race.
Art. 6 It will be mandatory to present an official identification document, with photo, by the participant in order to remove the numbering.
Art. 7 The test will consist of the following categories:

a) up to 30 years old (Born from 1990)
b) 31 to 40 years old (Born between 1980 and 1989)
c) 41 to 50 years old (Born between 1970 and 1979)
d) 51 to 59 years old (Born between 1961 and 1969)
e) 60 years or more (Born until 1960).

WALKING
The Walk has an age and category free. The start takes place next to the race and participants cover the 6.5 km circuit.
Art. 8 The following awards will be offered to participants:
The) All participants will receive a participation medal.
B) Classification by Category
b.1) Male and Female: medal from 1st to 3rd place.
b.2) General Men and Women: medal from 1st to 3rd place.
c) Runners who receive an award in the general classification, automatically, do not participate in the award in the age groups.
Art. 9. Athletes will be required to participate in the competition using a number that will be provided by the event organization and must be fixed on the front (chest) and outside of the athlete's shirt.
Sole paragraph: The numbering cannot be changed by the athletes under any circumstances.
Art. 10 The positioning chosen by the athlete at the STARTING location is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the athlete.
Art. 11 The participants of the Walk will receive the same kit as the runners, except for Chip and breast number.
§1 The runners' kit will consist of: 1 bag + 1 shirt + Chip + Chest number + pins
§2 The removal of the kit takes place 1 day before the Race, at the location to be defined by the organization.
§3 You will receive instructions for withdrawal in the email informed in the registration.
§4 The removal of kits can only be carried out by third parties upon presentation of specific authorization for this purpose and copy of the registrant's identification document.
§5 The size of the shirts is subject to change, according to availability.
Art. 12 There will be an inspection point and water supply to participants on the course.
Art. 13 The following will be prohibited:
The) The exchange of numbers between athletes;
B) Change or shortcut in the path defined by the organization;
ç) Any other acts of indiscipline that violate the regulation of the race, the organization, sponsors, directors and other participants.
Sole paragraph: athletes who commit these faults and/or others may be disqualified at the discretion of the organizing committee.
Art. 14 The registered athletes will be covered by the athlete insurance.
§1 There will be an emergency service available to participants. Support with ambulances to provide first aid and eventual removals. The continuity of medical care itself, both in emergencies and in any other need, will be carried out by the PUBLIC NETWORK under its responsibility. The ORGANIZATION is not responsible for the medical expenses that the athlete may have before, during or after the race.
§2 The sponsoring organizers and directors are not responsible for the participating athletes, nor for damages that may occur or cause before, during or after the race.
Art. 15 When registering, the athlete assumes that he/she is aware of his health status and athletic ability, assumes the commitment and responsibility to have carried out a rigorous medical evaluation, including the performance of previous tests, medical examinations and relevant physical evaluation with professionals competent in the field of health and declares to be able and authorized to compete and that he has trained properly for the race;
Art. 16 Any complaint about the partial or final result of the competition must be made, in writing, to the race organization, within 10 minutes after the announcement of the results.
Art. 17 By participating in the race, the athlete cedes all rights to use his image, renouncing the receipt of any income that may be earned with rights to television or any other type of transmission, internet, media in general.
Art. 18 There will be no payment of participation fee for any athlete.
Art. 19 The event organization is not responsible for, nor will it reimburse any participant, for any loss, loss or theft of any belonging or object of value of the participants.
Art. 20 Omissions or unforeseen cases that may occur will be resolved by the organizing committee, which is sovereign in its decisions.

SPECIFIC RACE REGULATION
CONDUCT - Competitors must maintain a sporting behavior throughout the competition:
The) Being responsible for your own safety and the safety of others;
B) Being responsible for understanding and complying with this regulation;
ç) Treating everyone with respect and courtesy;
d) Not using vulgar or profanity and, in the event of abandonment, inform the organization.
At the start, the athlete must be positioned in the defined area in accordance with the referee's instructions:
The) If the start is "burned" the beep must be repeated three times;
B) When there is a "burned out" start, athletes must return to the starting point as directed by the referee;
ç) The athlete who does not return will be disqualified;
d) The athlete who causes two "fires" at the start will be disqualified.
It is the athlete's responsibility to stay on course:
The) The athlete can run or walk;
B) The athlete may not run bare-chested;
ç) The competition number must be placed on the front of the body, between the chest and the waist, so that it is clearly visible;
d) The number provided by the organization cannot be cut or changed;
and) Any athlete who presents danger to himself or another may be disqualified and removed from the competition;
f) It is not allowed to use any type of equipment or accessory that could put other competitors or yourself at risk (eg glass containers);
g) The athlete cannot run accompanied by a person outside the competition.
FINISH - The arrival of an athlete will be considered when any part of their torso crosses the finish line vertically:
The) The athlete must necessarily cross the finish line at the finish portico; when crossing the finish line, the athlete assumes his/her final result, with no possibility of the athlete returning to competition again;
B) The athlete must maintain a sporting attitude, not undermining the classification of his opponents;
ç) If there is a tie at the finish between two or more athletes, the classification of the finish will be decided by the Timekeeping Referee, who may use photo or video resources to give his final opinion; proof at this point, from which the organization will no longer be responsible for any kind of service or support.
During the course at a strategic point there will be a checkpoint in order to note the number of athletes.
During the course of the event, the event organizers will provide a water distribution point in plastic cups.
Athletes will be classified according to the order of arrival in their respective categories.
